Eden Sale Order App

Designed a custom, tablet-first sales management tool for Eden Gallery, integrating Salesforce inventory with a seamless in-gallery experience.

The Challenge

Eden Gallery’s art advisors operate in a high-touch, fast-paced environment. Their previous workflow involved disjointed systems: checking Salesforce for inventory on a desktop, using separate tools for contracts, and manually processing payments.

This friction disrupted the client relationship during critical "in-gallery" or remote sales sessions. The goal was to build a unified interface that felt as premium as the art being sold, while handling complex backend logic invisibly.

A Unified Skin for Complex Data

The critical UX hurdle was bridging the gap between physical art and digital data. The app translates complex CRM data into an elegant gallery experience.

Mapping the Complexity

Before touching a pixel, I had to untangle the complex logistics of high-value art sales. The flowchart below represents the backend logic we needed to simplify for the user.

Unified Path Merged Search and Payment into a linear flow.
Error Prevention Automated availability checks before deposit.

Flow

Visual Interface Design

The UI needed to be invisible - letting the artwork take center stage.

I utilized a high-contrast esthetic often found in luxury markets.

Global Inventory Visibility

Instead of opaque warehouse queries, advisors see live stock levels across all 9 global locations (New York, London, Dubai) directly within the artwork card.

UX Desicion

Surfaced hidden Salesforce data into a simple dropdown, enabling advisors to initiate cross-border transfers instantly.

Inventory

Inventory & Selection

Searching for art is visual. The grid view allows advisors to filter by artist, medium, or size instantly.

  • Direct Salesforce database pull
  • High-res zoom capabilities
  • "Add to Cart" functionality

Artwork

Closing the Deal

The detail view acts as a digital brochure. Advisors can show "Artwork in Action" (mockups in rooms), verify dimensions, and seamlessly transition to the checkout flow.

Impact

Eliminated the need to print "Tearsheets" for clients, saving paper and ensuring pricing is always up to date.

The Outcome

The Sales Platform transformed the Eden Gallery sales floor.

By bridging the gap between physical artwork and digital administration, we empowered advisors to focus on what matters most: building relationships with collectors.
